Get started with Hygivo
Set up your workplace, then activate it with a plan or a trial code.
I have a Hygivo trial card
- Open Hygivo in your web browser at app.hygivo.com and create your account (or sign in). Codes are redeemed on the web, not in the iPhone app.
- Set up your workplace — business, first location, time zone.
- Go to Account › Billing and Hygivo codes and enter the code under the seal. Hygivo shows the business it will apply to and the exact end date before you confirm.
Your 30 days start when you redeem, not when the card was printed or handed to you. No payment card is needed and the trial never charges you automatically. An unused code does not expire. One trial per eligible business. Trial terms
Keep your code private. The card reference (HYG-…) is not the code. Never post a code publicly.
No code?
You can still set up and save your workplace first, then choose a plan when you’re ready. See pricing
Joining your team?
Staff don’t buy anything. Ask your manager or owner for the invite link, open it on your phone and create your own account.
On iPhone?
Hygivo works in your phone’s browser at app.hygivo.com. The iPhone app will be linked here once it is available on the App Store.
If something goes wrong
- “Code not recognised” — check for typos (letters O and I are never used). Still stuck? Contact us with the card reference, not the code.
- “Already used” — each code works once. If you didn’t use it, contact us with the card reference.
- Your business already had a trial or is already paid — Hygivo tells you before anything is applied.
- No connection — nothing is redeemed until you’re back online and confirm.
